Cancellation & Refund Policy for Abby Cleaners

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
  • Same day cancellations may incur a fee

2. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule services without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Service not delivered as agreed
  • Cancellation made within acceptable time

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • Service has already been completed
  • Cancellation is made late without valid reason.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where service is partially completed, a partial refund may be considered.

5. Processing Time

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–7 business days.
